TD Home Insurance division wanted to understand and optimize its marketing efforts to increase the leads generated.

I was the creative and strategy specialist that would develop with other disciplines in digital analytics, media analytics, search, customer intelligence, and social space specialists to evolve TDI into a performance marketing approach beyond just data. We came back with precise recommendations within each channel of the customer ecosystem and what should be optimized.
